William H. Buck is the managing partner of the Buck Law Group, Chartered. His practice primarily concentrates on Commercial Real Estate transactions. He represents local and regional lending institutions, business owners, buyers and sellers in the financing, purchase and sale of commercial properties. He regularly negotiates complex contracts and his vast knowledge and experience is a valuable asset in this practice area. Since 1976, Bill has additionally been a title insurance agent having written title policies for and settled thousands of residential and commercial transactions.

Bill settled in Annapolis in 1975 when he became an associate in the firm of Manis, Wilkinson & Snider the predecessor firm to the Buck Law Group. Bill and his wife, Cris who owns and operates Specialized Marketing, Ltd. a successful commercial space planning, design and furniture dealership have made Anne Arundel County their home where they have raised three children.

Bill has strong roots in the community. Over the last 40 years he has been involved with St. Anne’s day school as a board member, Sunday school teacher and served on various committees at St. Anne’s Church. He has been a longtime supporter of the Friends Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children’s National Medical Center and Annapolis Film Festival. He is a lifetime member of the Annapolis Yacht Club, the Annapolitan Club and the Naval Academy Golf club. Bill was in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969 and served a tour of duty in South Vietnam in 1968 and 1969.
