Following law school he served for over four years with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army. While stationed in the Pentagon, and later in Washington, D.C., he handled a variety of assignments involving government contract law, including reviewing contracts, advising government contracting officers, and litigating bid protests and contract disputes.
Mr. Rollins represents a variety of private companies, not-for-profits, educational organizations, and public agencies on general corporate, labor law, law of the workplace issues, corporate organization and governance, buying and selling businesses, drafting and reviewing contracts and loan documents, statutory and regulatory compliance, handling employee discipline and terminations, defending employers against discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Leading Lawyers, representing the top five percent of all attorneys in the state of Illinois, and has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for attorneys.
