In his capacity as a corporate attorney, Mr. Sokol organizes domestic and foreign corporations, forms domestic and foreign limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and establishes domestic and foreign trusts. He drafts limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements conforming to conduit and mezzanine lenders’ single purpose entity provisions to accommodate their conduit and mezzanine loans. Mr. Sokol negotiates and drafts shareholders agreements for newly formed companies. He also prepares the documentation used by his clients in connection with their exempt private securities offerings.

Mr. Sokol received his B.A. from Stanford University in 1976, with Honors in Economics and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, in 1984. Mr. Sokol was admitted to the State Bar in 1984 and is admitted to all of the United States District Courts in California.
