Rick Levin is the founder of Levin Law Offices, established in 1985. For 30 years, Mr. Levin has advised individual and business clients on legal issues ranging from business operations and corporate compliance, to protecting individual assets through successions, wills and trusts. With a wealth of experience in insurance related issues, both defense and subrogation, commercial collections and other trial and appellate litigation, Mr. Levin provides his clients with competent and cost-effective representation throughout Louisiana.

A pillar of the legal community, Mr. Levin served four years as the American Bar Association’s District Representative for Louisiana and Mississippi. Additionally he has served on the Law Practice Management Committee for the Louisiana State Bar Association and on the New Orleans Bar Association’s Board of Directors. Through his membership in the American Bar Association’s Affiliate Outreach Project and by serving several years as Chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Bridging the Gap” program and Chair of the New Orleans Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, he has mentored hundreds of young lawyers.

Mr. Levin is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on the subjects of collections and subrogation. He has earned the AV Preeminent* rating under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system and was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to serve as Judge Pro Tempore for First Parish Court for the Parish of Jefferson in 2003, where he continues to serve on an as needed basis.
