Firm Summary

A former Bucks County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Kravets leverages his experience on both sides to prepare for and try his cases. As a criminal prosecutor, Mr. Kravets conducted hundreds of Preliminary Hearings involving misdemeanor and felony charges, successfully tried cases in juvenile court, represented victims in protection from abuse as well as non-support hearings. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Kravets was also responsible for reviewing and approving criminal complaints, search warrants, and affidavits of probable cause. Notably, while in office, Mr. Kravets successfully argued on appeal the highly contested issue of whether dismissal of criminal charges pursuant to Pa.R.Cr.P.519 was proper when there has been unreasonable delay engendered by the Commonwealth’s failure to file a criminal complaint against a Defendant after commission of a criminal act.

While in private practice, Mr. Kravets finds success in white-collar and criminal defense cases, civil rights, and select personal injury cases. Mr. Kravets is credited with resolving several multi-million-dollar claims involving employment and labor law disputes. Mr. Kravets also has experience serving as outside General Counsel when he assisted in the successful defense of a high-profile Medicaid fraud case in Philadelphia.

Mr. Kravets’ expertise and success in litigation extends to the state of Florida. In May of 2018, Mr. Kravets obtained a favorable outcome for a plaintiff who sued for damages as a result of an assault inflicted by a celebrity figure outside of a nightclub in West Palm Beach. In 2017, Mr. Kravets successfully defended an international Hispanic celebrity figure against a claim of defamation by compelling the accuser, a citizen of Peru, to cease and desist.

While earning his dual degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Mr. Kravets served as Managing Editor for the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. During his third year, Mr. Kravets was awarded a Pro Bono Commendation for completing more than 100 hours of community and legal services.
