Before starting The Harfouch Law Firm, Mr. Harfouch handled complex business and commercial litigation with a prominent Michigan law firm.
Mr. Harfouch has successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements for his clients, defended large multinational corporations, negotiated hundreds of license deals across the world, and represented numerous notable athletes and social media influencers.
Mr. Harfouch is a member of several legal and professional organizations. He is active in the Oakland County Bar Association and Rochester Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Harfouch volunteers with the Michigan Center for Civic Education providing high school students mentorship during their annual statewide mock trial tournament. Prior to this, he volunteered with the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office (SADO) in Detroit, Michigan and evaluated and identified cases where individuals were wrongfully convicted due to faulty forensic evidence produced by the Detroit Crime Lab.
Mr. Harfouch is regularly invited to present and speak on various complex legal issues before statewide organizations and national non-profit entities. Since 2015, he has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. This prestigious recognition represents a measure of esteem for which attorneys strive and is only presented to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.
