Mark represents clients throughout the region in both state and federal courts. He has extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as with mediation and arbitration. Mark represents closely held and family owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and individuals alike.

Mark received his B.S. from Central Missouri State, Cum Laude, in 1994 and his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Woolsack, from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1997. He received the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell and is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and multiple federal jurisdictions. Mark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Duane Benton, Missouri Supreme Court, prior to entering private practice.

Mark is also a certified mediator.
