Firm Summary
Elizabeth (Liz) Agmon Gayle is a lemon car lawyer who has been serving the legal needs of her clients for more than 20 years. After graduating from the University of California, Davis in 1983, and receiving her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1987, Liz Gayle began her career in the legal profession. Admitted to the California Bar in 1988, Ms. Gayle represented major product manufacturers, including a major automobile manufacturer.
Attorney Liz Gayle now chooses instead to aid clients and consumers who need legal assistance under California’s Lemon Law. For the past 23 years, Ms. Gayle has been fighting back against auto manufacturers and dealerships that refuse to compensate consumers for faulty vehicles. Using her defense background and credibility with manufacturers, she is able to fairly evaluate cases and deliver stellar representation to lemon car clients.
Professional Achievements
During her time as a practicing attorney, Ms. Gayle has been a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She also is a member of Provisors, an invitation-only community of high-caliber senior-level professionals – experienced trusted advisors who share the highest standards of integrity, performance, and accountability.
Additionally, Ms. Gayle has been interviewed for her expertise and work in the Lemon Law field by numerous television and radio programs and newspaper and magazine articles including by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine and USA Today. She also is a referral lawyer for the Center for Auto Safety in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Gayle understands how difficult it can be to convince dealers and auto manufacturers that your new or used vehicle is a lemon, especially for women, who are often treated less than fairly in these types of situations. That’s why she encourages consumers to get immediate professional advice regarding the Lemon Law and the options available to them. You may be able to get your vehicle bought back even if you’ve only taken it to a dealer for four or fewer repairs or if you have 40,000 miles or more on your car.
