As a practicing attorney, Brian counseled domestic and international business leaders for over 20 years. He was a member of a team of attorneys involved in due diligence and post merger integration of dozens of merger transactions ranging from $10 million to some in excess of $1 billion dollars. He helped develop integration strategies with top management and met with hundreds of key employees.

Brian uses his high level of expertise and experience to assist owners of middle market companies through successful mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He learned during the tech-boom merger craze, that a merger or divestiture can only be successful if all parties benefit.

Brian Reilly possesses a BA from the State University of New York at Stonybrook and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, Connecticut, North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
