Boris Dalis represents individuals in all aspects of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract, as well as in personal injury actions. He possesses extensive knowledge of employment and personal injury law and has given numerous lectures on these topics to communities throughout Southern California. Mr. Dalis is experienced in handling complex cases, including class actions and largely coordinated proceedings, and has represented hundreds of individuals. Mr. Dalis is dedicated to helping his clients obtain justice and financial compensation they are entitled to and deserve.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Dalis worked for several nationally recognized law firms where he handled complex and high exposure litigation matters for both national and international clients. His clients have included major retail chains, manufacturers, and prominent insurance companies. Mr. Dalis’ experience helps him understand the tactics of employers and insurance companies that they use to minimize their liability. This allows Mr. Dalis to develop effective strategies in all aspects of litigation, including trial, arbitration, and mediation to better serve his clients.

Mr. Dalis is admitted to the California State Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of California Los Angeles. During law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board, where he competed in regional competitions and was a Certified Law Clerk at the District Attorney’s Office in Santa Ana, CA.
