While many biographies of lawyers outline accolades and awards, I wanted to share who I really am. I’m a business lawyer in Las Vegas and Henderson who has helped small businesses create useful contracts and limit risks. With decades of business litigation experience, I work to resolve disputes so you can focus on growing your business.

I grew very close with many clients by providing legal advice to business owners in Las Vegas and Henderson. I recognized that their family lives were intertwined with their businesses but many lacked estate planning. So I built an Estate Planning practice to provide asset protection and succession planning to clients in Nevada.

Beyond awards, I’ve dedicated myself to Nevada’s business, legal and political communities:

Served as General Counsel for the Nevada State Democratic Party
Was a member of the Nevada Judicial Conduct Commission
Engaged with the Henderson Chamber to become its Chairwoman
Remained Legislative Committee Chair, directly advocating for its nearly 2000 members.
Provided educational seminars for Judges, Legal Aid, SCORE, Nevada Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and more…
