Practicing Law since 2016, Adam Blaier is a Shareholder at Brown & Blaier, PC. Adam works with startups and businesses in the New York/New Jersey Area and abroad. Adam focuses on corporate & business law, technology law, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. Adam’s experience includes serving as General Counsel for an IT Staffing and Consulting firm based in New Jersey as well as Corporate Counsel for an International Telecommunication company based in New York, NY. Adam believes his mix of in-house and law firm experience gives him a unique ability to balance the (often divergent) needs of a business with the law.

Adam’s goal is to build real and meaningful relationships with his clients. He does this by being transparent, communicating quickly and efficiently, and by trying to come up with creative solutions to his client’s problems or needs.

Prior to joining Brown & Blaier, PC and becoming a Shareholder of Brown & Blaier, PC, Adam was the Principal of Blaier Law LLC, a virtual startup and small business law firm. The merger of practices allowed both the Blaier Law and Elliott J. Brown clients to have access to complementary skill sets and comprehensive solutions to a variety of business needs.
