He has designed heavy chemical mixer equipment, operated a nuclear reactor underwater, planned the production of commercial and military aircraft engines, and developed an innovative method to diagnose damaged fiber resin composite material.
Alan is admitted to practice in Connecticut State and Federal courts and in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University. His law degree is from the University of Connecticut.
