- Representing commercial clients in serious accident cases and complex commercial litigation in North Carolina and other state and federal jurisdictions across the country;
- Representing individuals and families in automobile, watercraft, and other accident cases involving death and catastrophic injuries;
- Successful representation of an entertainment company in a breach of contract action against a local governmental entity;
- Working on the trial team that successfully litigated claims against a foreign governmental entity arising out of the breach of a multi-million dollar services contract;
- Coordinating a multifaceted response to an information breach involving the unauthorized disclosure of protected health information for approximately 10,000 patients;
- Representing a national appliance manufacturer in product liability litigation involving claims of carbon monoxide poisoning and mold sickness;
- Representing a national law enforcement products manufacturer in multiple product liability lawsuits involving complex issues of medical causation;
- Developing and executing a plan to address a rash of employee violence issues throughout the Southeast for a national corporation;
- Representing a mortgage broker pursuing claims in an employee fraud matter involving nearly a million dollars in misappropriated funds
