Mr. Shah is the Founder/President of the Shah Law Group. Prior to founding the Shah Law Group, Mr. Shah was an associate at three national law firms – Littler Mendelson P.C., Buchalter Nemer, and Greenberg Traurig, LLP – where he practiced Employment Law and Business Litigation. Thereafter, Mr. Shah founded the law firm of Shah Sheth LLP where he was the Managing Partner for 15 years and focused his practice on Employment Law and Personal Injury matters.

At Shah Law Group, Mr. Shah’s practice focuses on Employment Law and Personal Injury accident matters.  With regard to Employment Law, Mr. Shah has over 20 years of litigation experience dealing with matters involving workplace harassment and discrimination (including disability, age, race, national original, sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, religion, and other harassment/discrimination matters), as well as retaliation and wrongful termination claims.  In addition, Mr. Shah represents employees for various wage-related claims (including unpaid minimum and overtime wages, meal/rest break claims, business expense reimbursement claims, as well as a variety of other California Labor Code violation claims).

With regard to Personal Injury accident claims, Mr. Shah has over 15 years of experience litigating Personal Injury accident matters, including claims for auto accident injuries, motorcycle, bicycle, motorized scooter, and pedestrian injury claims, as well as dog bite and slip and fall injuries.  Mr. Shah serves as lead counsel in all of Shah Law Group’s Personal Injury litigation matters.

EDUCATION

Mr. Shah earned his undergraduate degree, with Cum Laude Honors, from the University of California, Irvine in 1997 where he majored in Economics and minored in Psychology. Mr. Shah earned his Juris Doctorate degree, with Honors, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000, graduating within the top 11% of his class. At McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Shah won the American Jurisprudence Award for earning the highest grade in his class for Legal Research and Writing, was a semi-finalist in the Moot Court Oral Argument and Trial Advocacy Competitions and achieved the Dean’s Honor List during all three years of his law school attendance.
