Mr. Robinson has represented health care providers in both state and federal courts and before Florida’s administrative boards. In addition, he has counseled physicians, nurses, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), and nursing homes.

Mr. Robinson has experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of construction, toxic tort, and catastrophic products liability.

A well-rounded lawyer, Mr. Robinson is highly competent at handling cases involving tax, audits, finance, real estate, and all types of construction.

Mr. Robinson received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from George Washington University in 1982. He chaired the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and was Vice chairman of the Accounting-Legal Committee, and has sat on the following committees:
