Andrew I. Telsey is the founder and owner of the firm.

We are a small “boutique” law firm focusing on representing public and privately held companies and other business entities, as well as individuals, with regard to securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and all other business matters since 1984.  The firm has developed a particular expertise in taking small and mid-sized private companies public, including mergers with publicly trading shell companies.  Andrew Telsey, our firms’ principal, has received an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, the independent attorney rating system in the US.  This is the highest rating available.

Our clients are both nationally and internationally based. We have counseled clients based in Russia, Ukraine, the People’s Republic of China, Columbia, Mexico, Canada, England, Switzerland and Germany, among others.  Our US based clients are located from coast to coast throughout the United States.

The firm also provides basic business compliance including entity formation and compliance, negotiation and drafting of contracts, and other basic business issues.
