Most of the things people disdain about law and lawyers I agree with—-needless battles, big invoices, and unclear results. I understand this. The attorney is part of all decisions for legal options—weighing the costs with the results. I understand this and practice in this way. You may want to “bury” someone for wronging you, but, at the end of the day, if burying means burying your savings or working capital, is this practical? I understand this and will give you options, most at the time at my expense, that will lead to the best results. However, when necessary, I will go into the battle and fight till the end.

I have been an attorney for 30 years. I went undergrad at UCLA and law school at Loyola Los Angeles.
